Fittingly named the Italian verbiage for “First Act,” Atto Primo sets a rich, theatrical backdrop to the experience of fine Italian dining on the Bund as the first ever high-end venture of Yum! Brands, parent company of better-known fast food chains KFC and Pizza Hut. This restaurant features three distinct settings for guests to enjoy – Sonetto, with a gorgeous balcony view of the Bund; Drama, in a more intimate corner of the establishment; and Satira, from which guests are privy to the performance going on within the restaurant’s open kitchen.
